Linking to 13863 was intentional.
This PR mostly puts the final touches on typefaces in #13863, and updates the change log, bumping the integration version to make the docs changes available in Kibana.
The bulk of the changes is in #13863. @muthu-mps, do you think it's reasonable?

Can we add both the PRs to the change log similar to this entry? Either is fine, just a thought.
