This PR fixes the
manifest.ymlofsql_inputpackagev0.6(makes0.6.1) so that it is visible in Kibana9.0.0.Other change:
docker-compose.yml: Microsoft SQL Server image updated to fix tests (fix introduced in0.7.0: #14128)Tested using Elastic Stack 9.0.2
