ssi_some: Add missing cloudsecurity_cdr sub category label for CDR integrations

Some integrations have missing cloudsecurity_cdr label. 
Having this label allows the integrations to be filtered on 
"Cloud Security/CDR" sub category.

Updated integrations:
- m365_defender
- microsoft_defender_endpoint
- qualys_vmdr
- rapid7_insightvm
- tenable_io
