Proposed commit message

Sets deployment_modes.agentless.release: ga for 24 integrations that are eligible to graduate now.
Leaving ti_socradar_feeds unchanged as it will go through an ORR.

Each package gets a patch version bump and a changelog entry.

LGTM.

But I have one outstanding concern: ti_socradar_feeds doesn't have a release flag at all. As per package-spec, the default behaviour is:

If not defined, Kibana will provide a default value based on agentless platform maturity

In this case since we don't want it to be GA, we should excplicitly add release: beta to ti_socradar_feeds. Likely a new PR or part of this PR.
