[workday]: Fix Sign-on RaaS collection by injecting From_Moment/To_Moment prompts and advancing a collection cursor.

Fix Workday Sign-on RaaS collection by injecting required From_Moment / To_Moment prompts on each poll and advancing a collection cursor (resolves 400 “From Moment is required”).
Add initial_interval, system-test mock coverage for /ccx/service/customreport2/, and README guidance for Prompts + Report URL configuration.
