Release ga version of the kibana integration

Why are we marking most data streams as "beta"?

I thought we could mark as beta while getting the version in more hands. Logs are mature but metrics are used in various environments. Also we still show the Rules/Actions graphs as tech preview in the UI, so I'm thinking we can keep the beta flags in both integration and UI and remove them in 8.8. wdyt ?
