[Cloud Security] Remove project id default value

[uri-weisman]

Project id is not supplied when the integration is deployed using GCP cloudshell. Cloudbeat is then noticed that this field is empty and retrieved it from the instance's service account.

What does this PR do?

Remove project id default value.
