[Search Sessions] Expiration badges should use correct singular/plural words #122931

Kibana version: 8.0.0-rc1
Describe the bug:
When there's 1 hour left to the expiration of a Search Session, the badge reads "1 hours" in plural.
Steps to reproduce:
- Identify a Search Session that will expire in 1 hour (you can use either Kibana's config to create sessions that expire have 2 hours or use the
/internal/{session-id}/_extendAPI to set the desired expiration date. - Notice that the badge shows "1 hours"
Expected behavior:
It should show "1 hour"
