Description

The Obs Dashboards have Share and Settings buttons that toggle popovers. These buttons must take keyboard focus again when their child menus are closed. Screenshot attached below.

Steps to recreate

1. Open the Obs Serverless Dashboard view
2. Press Tab to get to Settings
3. Press Enter to open the menu
4. Press Esc to close the menu
5. Verify focus is not on the Settings button by pressing Tab or logging document.activeElement in your console
6. Repeat Step 3 with the Share button
