Description
When field has errors, error text has to be announced for the user, especially using assistive technology.

Preconditions
Security -> Cases -> Create page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Description field.
2.Enter anything in it.
3.Delete text from the field with Backspace.
4.Navigate to Description field.
5.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

• Field name gets red color, error text appears under the field which is not announced by screen reader.

Expected Result

• Error text is announced for the user when he/she navigates to Description field which has error.
