[ML] Single Metric Viewer new base colors #217462
Description
Currently in the AD - Single Metric Viewer we're using blue to show model bounds and series and yellow for forecasting.
With the new severity colors we explored options to change these 2 base colors. For the blue, we need a color that has enough contrast with the blue anomalies, and for the forecasting we were looking for colors outside of the Severity palette.
