ES team has added additional metadata in every request including "documents_loaded" for ES|QL. elastic/elasticsearch#125631

We should consider in Kibana the best way to show this information as it is a good proxy for effort the query requires to run (the amount of documents that the query had to process).

It can go somewhere like this

Or we can put it in the query history as a proxy for bytes loaded or leave it in the Inspector...
