[Reports] The top part of a bar vertical png/pdf report is cut off #227930
Description
Kibana version:
from 8.18.3 (same in 8.19 and 9.1)
Describe the bug:
In some chart types like in a vertical bar chart, the chart is not fully shown in the exported pdf/png.
Expected behavior:
Chart should be fully visible.
