[Discover] Edit and delete icons overlap on the mobile in Stack Management -> Kibana -> Data Views data fields #228925

Kibana version: 9.2.0
Browser version: Chrome v138.0.7204.158
Browser OS version: MacOS 15.5 (24F74)
Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): localhost - yarn start
Describe the bug: The edit and delete icons of the data field overlap in the Stack Management app, Kibana > Data Views section on mobile device. The user can't edit the field because delete action takes the precedence.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Kibana on mobile device
- Install sample data: "Kibana Sample Data Flights"
- Go to Stack Management > Kibana > Data Views
- Go to the 4th page
- See the
hour_of_dayfield
Expected behavior: Edit and delete button shouldn't overlap. Each button should be easily clickable on mobile device
