Description
When user clicks on reset changes on add terms panel for either equivalent or explicit type, the resulting changes on the panel are not announced by voiceover

Preconditions
Search -> Synonyms->create a synonyms set -> pick either equivalent or explicit rule

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on create a synonyms set
2. Name the synonyms set
3. pick either equivalent or explicit rule
4. Add terms and then click on reset
5. Notice terms getting reset (deleted) but this action is not announced in voiceover
