Describe the bug:

In lens layer configs, the drag'n'drop extra item is being cut off top/bottom if the reference item overflows the flyout headerfooter.

Steps to reproduce:

• Edit a chart in lens
• Drag a dimensions to another type of dimension where the form element is cut off by the header or footer of the flyout

Expected behavior:

• The drag'n'grop extra item should be fully visible
