Summary

Closes #233749

Renamed Fleet Server Host SSL options and placeholder on the UI for more clarity

To verify:

  • Go to Add Fleet Server / Advanced / Add new Fleet Server Hosts / Authentication
  • Verify that the SSL fields and placeholders are renamed
