Tested and the behavior is fixed! Let's definitely add a unit test covering this case but otherwise LGTM

I like that we are not trusting our own Type :D filter: Filter ..... isFilter(filter)
But I can see where this come from.
Another interesting thing here is that the disabled can be turned on/off only within the root Filter element, every nested filter is actually never disabled. Nothing to do here in this case, but just to be aware of that.

compared results with and without this fix, and it works as expected now 🙏
