Summary

  • split repo: owner/name into the correct owner and repository fields
  • add distinct owner/repository regression coverage

Why

The shorthand parser assigned the segment before / to repo and the segment after it to owner. Configurations only appeared correct when both names happened to be identical.

Tests

  • TEST_FILES=githubPublishConfigTest corepack pnpm ci:test
  • corepack pnpm compile
  • corepack pnpm ci:validate
  • git diff --check

Breaking changes

GitHub shorthand configurations now resolve to their intended repository instead of the reversed destination.
