I trained in wet-lab Biochemistry and Tissue Engineering, where I developed a working understanding of how dependent modern biology is on reliable computational infrastructure. I now focus on reproducible pipeline engineering, Nextflow module development, and automated biomedical literature analysis. Recent work includes an nf-core Nextflow module contribution (PR #10824) and a PubMed-based research briefing tool for ClawBio (PR #72).
