[Scheduled posts] When multiple entries are scheduled at once, some entries appear without any content #2335

Description

When you schedule multiple entries to publish at the same time, some of those entries -- at least in our setup -- are appearing without any content in the entry.

These are solved by making a change and republishing, but concerning from a visibility problem (and subtly defeating a lot of the benefit of scheduled publishing).

Steps to reproduce

1. Create 8 scheduled entries.
2. Wait for the publish time to pass.
3. One of those entries should appear

This was not fixed by clearing the Workers or Object cache.
