- Implement persistent sandbox observer to collect PVC, Deployment, and Pod events
- Add startup state classification with detailed failure detection for storage issues
- Extend reconciliation to handle persistent sandboxes with proper status tracking
- Update OpenAPI spec to include persistent sandbox status details and event prefixes
- Pin Docker base images to specific SHA digests for reproducibility
