What did you implement:

Adds support for flatpak package manager

Address #2016

Type of change

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on Fedora 40 with default flatpak

Is this ready for review?: NO
Needs minor addition to the go-cve-dictionary dependency; its WIP.
