This PR updates the @github/copilot CLI dependency from pre-release version 0.0.411-1 to stable version 0.0.411 in the Node.js SDK, and from 0.0.409 to 0.0.411 in the test harness. This aligns all JavaScript/TypeScript components of the SDK repository with the latest stable Copilot CLI release.
