hugo version 0.146.4, 0.146.5 and 0.146.6

I have 2 logos, one for header and the other is for footer. When I upgraded from 0.146.3 to the latest version 0.146.4 to 0.146.6, the logos are displayed abnormal.

After checking the public/index.html and learnt that the header and footer logos are in the same name and there are missing "width" and "height" settings.
