This commit updates the links to DocSearch. The links were still working, but since the URLs are included verbatim, it looked strange.

This PR updates the links to Algolia DocSearch.
The old links are redirected fine, but the link to the form is included verbatim and thus it looked weird. The new link also opens the form directly.
