When using some other google libraries, the protobuf version allows anything less than 6, but google-cloud-ndb requires less than 5.

I would love for google-cloud-ndb to update their version to less than 6 matching the other google libraries
Describe alternatives you've considered
For now I am using the latest version of protobuf that is less than 5
