Currently the otelcol receiver for AWS CloudWatch https://grafana.com/docs/alloy/latest/reference/components/otelcol/otelcol.receiver.awscloudwatch/ only can poll for AWS CloudWatch log groups that belong to the AWS account.

Using AWS CloudWatch cross account observability feature - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/CloudWatch-Unified-Cross-Account.html we can stream logs from multiple aws accounts to central aws account.

Is it possible to upgrade the otelcom receiver for AWS CloudWatch to be able to read log groups from other accounts as well?
