Why is this needed:

There are only Kafka related resources currently available in the Confluent Cloud integration, but there're some new resources available now on Confluent Cloud, like Flink. It would be great to be able to add those resources metrics to the Grafana integration.

What would you like to be added:

Please extend the list of resources for the Confluent Cloud integration with Flink Compute and Flink Statements metrics.
It would be even better to introduce the possibility adding the new Confluent resources to the scraper without any code changes.
