this PR fixes an issue on the Tempo docs on the website. For some reason, the Tempo docs were reverted to a previous version. This PR recommits the 2.1 backports so the publishing job can sync with the website and correct the docs. |

Looks like drone assumes this will be merged in main and fails to checkout the branch. This PR doesn't change any code besides the CI config. It's safe to skip the tests and other CI checks imo. |
