It doesn't support SQLite, so we should change the DATABASE_URL.

I guess that's what
DATABASE_URL="file:./local.db"
was.
I saw Postgres in the Docs, but with file: in the .env I assumed it did.
I'm not deploying a Postgres DB for a simple homeuser site (if it had been MariaDB I might have)
If I need such a database, I could just as well stay with Wordpress!
Now having spent two hours filling in the form, I've wasted my time.
So I'm sticking with Decap-CMS
