Profile RFC table: chronological sorting and default order #11679

The RFC table on personal profile pages sorts wrongly: choosing Date sorts alphabetically by month name instead of chronologically, and the default order is broken as well (an out-of-range RFC number renders first). Sort by actual date, and make the default chronological.
