I use Obsidian for managing Hugo writings. In Obsidian, there is a feature with Wikilinks that allows you to reference specific sections of the page, aside from headers. Does Hugo have such a feature?

I found the solution for assigning the ID, but in some pages, such as free eBooks written in Markdown format that include multiple paragraphs on a single page, specifying an ID for referencing each paragraph from other pages may not be user-friendly. This is because ID'd blocks are displayed in the table of contents (like a header).
