Update sidebar to render main menu with external helpers

Summary

• add filtering and formatting for sidebar render when primary menu is used
• normalize page vs link entries so separators, toc, and tree rendering stay consistent
• ensure menu entries that should be ignored (search, theme toggle, language switch, icon-only) are skipped by default
