feat: add technology and imaging glossaries

Summary

This contribution adds three focused English-to-Simplified-Chinese glossaries:

• technology-digital-media: 965 terms for technology platforms, digital media, networking, cloud services, security, analytics, and modern media workflows.
• programming-ai-hardware: 701 terms for software development, AI, computer architecture, operating systems, networking, databases, security, and hardware engineering.
• photography-camera-gear: 768 terms for photography, cameras, lenses, exposure, lighting, color, image processing, accessories, maintenance, and professional workflows.

Scope

These opt-in glossaries provide deeper professional coverage than the repository's compact general-purpose technology, programming, and photography lists. No matches restriction is included because the same terminology appears across documentation, education, journalism, vendor, standards, forum, and project sites; instead, the entries were screened conservatively for globally ambiguous sources.

Curation and provenance

• Authored as AI-assisted domain glossaries, then manually and programmatically curated for this contribution.
• No textbook index, commercial glossary, proprietary term list, or supplied reference row was copied.
• Existing upstream terms and orthographic near-duplicates were removed rather than republished.
• Identity mappings, bare ambiguous labels, ordinary English words, placeholders, fragments, and source-restating targets were removed.
• Four retained targets were corrected during the final audit; every public row remains traceable to its contributor-provided source glossary.

Validation

• UTF-8 without BOM and RFC 4180 CSV.
• Exact source,target,tgt_lng header and zh-CN locale in every row.
• No empty fields, duplicate sources, identity mappings, or internal near-duplicate groups.
• No upstream source overlap after case, spacing, punctuation, and hyphen normalization.
• No cross-glossary target conflicts.
• No private paths, credentials, API keys, generated hashes, or unsupported provenance claims.
