Replace deprecated `from langchain import hub` / `hub.pull()` with `from langsmith import Client` / `Client().pull_prompt()` across 9 RAG tutorial notebooks. Also update pip install commands to use `langsmith` instead of `langchainhub`. Fixes langchain-ai#6437
