chore: run prettier on samples

I did a cursory review; I think it's overall better (it's still prettier, so it's opinionated, ofc).

I'll follow up with some eslint 🔜 (e.g., no-unused-import) in another PR (this one is large enough!).

I split the commits to ease up the review work:

• d1eaccd: just updating prettier. Required for support import attributes support (Support for import attributes with TypeScript prettier/prettier#15699)
• 808d1e3: npm run format on the already formatted files.
• 2e03b5e: remove the sample exclusion
• 20f24ec: npm run format on the newly formatted files.

Fixes #1414
