Support encrypted RED and Opus audio simulcast

Closes #1005.

Summary

• route subscribed audio codec updates through the signaling stack
• advertise RED as the primary encrypted codec and lazily publish encrypted Opus under the same track SID when required
• apply dynacast codec enablement so only subscriber-needed senders remain active
• support multiple E2EE sender cryptors for one publication
• handle codec updates that arrive before publication or while the secondary sender is being created

Verification

• ./gradlew spotlessCheck :livekit-android-sdk:compileDebugKotlin :livekit-android-test:testDebugUnitTest
• Android 0.4.4 / Firefox 154 on macOS: encrypted Android audio is audible in Firefox
• RED remains enabled for compatible subscribers; Opus is published only when requested
