Last version before migration to pure CSS.

This release marks the last version before the removal of all hide features. From now, we encourage you to override our template files to remove parts of the theme.

This release marks the last version of hugo-coder that doesn't use Hugo's Asset Pipeline.

Starting now, the master branch will contain a work-in-progress hugo-coder v2.0. Some features from v1.0 will be cut off (mainly styling features), but they can be easily achieved modifying the theme.
