📝 Summary

Add complete Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) translation of the README file to better serve the Taiwanese Python and data science community.

🎯 Changes

  • Add README_Traditional_Chinese.md with full zh-TW translation
  • Update language navigation links to include Traditional Chinese option
  • Translate all sections including:
    • Product description and highlights
    • Reactive programming features
    • Quick start guide
    • Community links and contribution guidelines
  • Maintain all original links, images, and formatting

🌏 Why This Matters

  • Taiwan has a vibrant Python and data science community
  • Traditional Chinese differs significantly from Simplified Chinese in terminology and usage
  • Provides accessibility for ~24 million Traditional Chinese speakers in Taiwan
  • Follows Taiwan's technical terminology standards

📋 Translation Standards Applied

Following Taiwan's AI/ML/Data terminology standards:

  • 資料 (data) instead of 數據
  • 套件 (package) instead of 包
  • 函式庫 (library) instead of 庫
  • 響應式 (reactive) instead of 反應式
  • 筆記本 (notebook) instead of 筆記簿
  • 編輯器 (editor) instead of 編輯程式
  • 執行 (run/execute) instead of 運行
  • 文字編輯器 (text editor) following Taiwan conventions

Key translation example (line 54):
"使用您喜愛的編輯器:在 VS Code 或 Cursor 中執行,或在 neovim、Zed 或任何其他文字編輯器中編輯"
