Reverts #7230 Adds #7229 . Also: - adds Cmd or Ctrl-Click to instantly add a cell - adds vertical offset so Python cell is inline with cursor on click (abit hacky, we add a delay to the onClick) https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/613bf507-e7b4-4511-88bc-f70ae872f136
