Was initially unable to build to the project because of some outdated framework and package references. Also the referenced version of Newtonsoft had a warning about a severe vulnerability so I updated that reference. There was also a minor code change because of a breaking change with the Selenium libraries.
This seems to be the least amount of changes needed to get this to build and run on Windows 11.
