Bug: Transform causes clipping while scrolling #2935

Environment

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Clone repro from https://github.com/ospfranco/macos-broken-legendlist
2. bun i, cd macos, pod install, bun macos
3. Scroll down in app

Expected Behavior

Items should scroll

Actual Behavior

Items with transform appear to be clipped while scrolling
