Enable MS Fakes with the runner #2186

Summary

Some users are requesting support of Microsoft Fakes with MSTest runner (see https://devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/introducing-ms-test-runner/#comment-20346).

We should investigate what's required and based on complexity prioritize its implementation.
