cookies setting in the config file is throwing a warning

This is not the cookies setting gallery-dl is seeing, judging by the error message. "not enough values to unpack (expected 7, got 1)" is the error you get from loading an invalid cookies.txt file.

Check the --verbose output to see what cookies gallery-dl is trying to load.

There are no config files being loaded, and I suspect you are passing a --cookies command-line argument (which you obviously didn't include) which would overwrite your config settings anyway.

Run gallery-dl --config-create and move your current config file settings into the file it creates. Then run gallery-dl without any cookie-related command-line arguments.
