docs: use QwenAudio canonical repository links

Summary

• replace legacy FunAudioLLM GitHub repository, issue, release, clone, badge, and growth-metric slugs with the canonical QwenAudio owner
• keep Hugging Face FunAudioLLM/* model and Space identifiers unchanged
• update the website contract, repository-role docs, growth collector, and their fixtures
• add a tracked-file regression guard so future changes cannot restore the legacy GitHub owner

GitHub's API now reports QwenAudio/Fun-ASR, QwenAudio/SenseVoice, and QwenAudio/CosyVoice as the canonical repositories. The old URLs redirect, but publishing the canonical owner avoids an extra redirect and keeps repository branding, star badges, API collection, and copy-paste clone commands current.

The Hugging Face namespace remains FunAudioLLM; the regression test explicitly preserves those URLs and model identifiers.
