Bump the modern-di pin to >=3,<4 for the 3.0 release. The adapter already used the explicit open/close lifecycle, so no adapter code changed; two tests built a child container and resolved without opening it (2.x idiom) and now use `with ...build_child_container()` per 3.0's mandatory-open lifecycle.
