• Document moduleResolution and other TS configurations. doc: add suggested tsconfig for type stripping node#55534
• Notify other popular TypeScript loaders and ask for comments (@privatenumber, @blakeembrey, @nicolo-ribaudo) .
• Verify if this would ever work for frontend metaframeworks and identify if we need to make changes to our design now.
• On Windows arm64 TS-based custom loader sometimes causes the process to exit silently when used with --experimental-strip-types node#54645
