Describe the Bug

When used in the caption text of the {{<figure>}} shortcode, the footnote syntax [^7] is not parsed by rendered literally.

To Reproduce

Create a footnote in the caption field of the {{<figure>}} shortcode.

Expected Behaviour

The footnote is rendered correctly with supertect as in this example:
