It would be amazing if you could add a voice recording feature to issue comments, similar to what platforms like Discord or WhatsApp offer.

Benefits:

1. Clearer communication: Sometimes it's faster and easier to explain an issue or idea via audio rather than text.
2. Global inclusion: Users who may not be fluent in a written language can express themselves better through speech.
3. Additional context: Tone and inflection in voice recordings can convey nuances that written text often misses.
4. Enhanced collaboration: Perfect for quick discussions between developers, testers, or designers.

Suggested implementation:

• A button to record directly within the browser.
• Mobile app compatibility for seamless recording on the go.
• Optimized storage to ensure platform performance remains unaffected.

I believe this feature would greatly enhance collaboration within repositories.
